Why Goldenair Breathwork?
What is Goldenair Breathwork?
Goldenair is a transformative journey on your own breath, set to a bangin' soundtrack. The specific breathing pattern enables access to an optimal state of consciousness. The critical part of the brain quiets down - a process called transient hypofrontality. This allows for a state of 'flow', where time gets fuzzy, creative new insights are born, and emotional breakthroughs are common.
Goldenair also uses a series of breath retentions. By the time we get to these, we've blown off a lot of CO2, and the body is alkaline and steeped in oxygen. States of extreme peace, inner-spaciousness, self-acceptance, and even a brush with transcendence are commonly reported here.
People often cite their first Goldenair session as one of the most powerful experiences of their lives, and go forth with applicable to-dos. For myself and many others, Bringing this practice into our lives has been nothing short of life-changing.
